CSI 1* - Nikki Beach Class – Three clear rounds and a victory for Kristyna Vitek

Today is the last day of competition at the Athina Onassis Horse Show in Ramatuelle/Saint-Tropez. This morning, the Czech rider Kristyna Vitek was the winner of the first CSI 1* competition, the Nikki Beach Class, with Kamirez van Orchid’s, her eleven-year-old stallion. She jumped clear in 60:34, ahead of Claire Chaix, the director of the Haras des Grillons, the organiser of the Hubside Jumping, located a few kilometres from here, who was riding Atomic d’Aiguilly. Another director, Greece’s Milena-Maria Pappas, the founder of PremiuMares, a partner of the Longines Athina Onassis Horse Show, also jumped clear and finished in third place. She was competing with EH Bien van T&L, an eleven-year-old mare.
