CSI 1* - Dolce&Gabbana Grand Prix - The Principality of Monaco on the first two steps of the podium

Switzerland’s Jane Richard Philips was expected on the podium of the Longines Athina Onassis Horse Show’s CSI 1* Grand Prix as she had been very successful since the start of the competition. The ambassador of the brand which has a winged hourglass as its emblem, had to make do with third place with Jalanta P. Indeed, in the Dolce&Gabbana Grand Prix jump-off, in which ten combinations were qualified after jumping clear in the first round, there was competition from the Principality of Monaco, which finished in the first and second place in the final line-up. Anastasia Nielsen won the Grand Prix with Giro de la Luna, ahead of fer fellow countryman Inigo Lopez de la Osa Franco, with Sultan de Beaufour. Of the ten jump-off riders, seven jumped double clear, but none of them were French.Dimitri Varsano, the only French rider in the Dolce&Gabbana jump-off with Vivaldi des Fôrets finished tenth, after retiring during the jump-off.
